Founders
Dieter Dorn has worked in the field of corporate finance and investments for more than 25 years. As division head at SEB AG in Frankfurt, he was responsible for the institute’s SME business. In his last position at Credit Lyonnais in Wiesbaden as an assistant manager, he was in charge of the corporate client business.
Dieter Dorn trained as a merchant and state-certified business economist and completed a trainee programme at BfG Bank. As a rating advisor (BdRA), he advises companies, among other things, on preparing for external and internal ratings and accompanies them in discussions with banks and institutional investors.
Christian Schulte looks back on more than 25 years of experience in private and corporate banking in Germany. At Steinbeis, Christian has been responsible for venture investments/participations and subsidies for more than 15 years. As a director at Buchanan Capital Group, he advised numerous companies on the design and implementation of promissory note and mezzanine loans in the context of financing.
As an authorised signatory at Credit Suisse, he advised listed and family-owned companies as well as private clients on capital investment and capital raising. Prior to that, he worked for UBS Warburg in Maastricht and London. He is a qualified banker, business graduate and rating advisor (BdRA).
